Hello! I am Pablo and I have been a psychotherapist for more than 20 years. My experience as an individual and as a marriage counsellor, has led me to develop a technique that creates an environment of freedom and safety to express your challenges. Psychotherapy for me is the possibility to question every option, have the freedom to consider the possible outcomes and consequences of our actions and to have the time and space to decide what can make you happier, prouder and fulfilled. Being fully bilingual (English-Spanish) I have helped individuals and couples in their particular circumstances and challenges in Canada.
During my years as a psychotherapist, I have worked successfully with persons who were experiencing depression, anxiety and low self-esteem. I also helped persons who were having problems in their relationships or in the process of divorcing. I have helped multicultural couples. I have offices in Toronto, Oakville and Pickering.
I think that self-knowledge is the main strength that we can have as a person and the key to enjoy life fully. I have been in different countries, with different cultures and different languages and that has made me realize that it is possible to face challenges and problems in different ways according on how you would feel safer and confident in doing so.
