I am clinical social worker with 12 years of postmaster experiencing delivering counselling and therapy services to a variety of persons in need of mental health support. I am trained in EMDR, Somatic Therapy, Emotional Regulation Therapy, and cognitive behavioural therapy. I am able to assist veterans access care through Veterans Affairs Canada and to provide counseling and therapy services through VAC.
I am comfortable providing services to individuals, couple, and families ages 12 and up.
