As a psychotherapist, I support clients experiencing emotional difficulty by making the connection between past experiences and current circumstances, allowing space for positive change. I work from a trauma-informed, strength-based lens to foster a safe, non-judgmental environment for healing.

Using a client-centred approach, I combine many therapeutic techniques and modalities to meet the unique needs of each client. I am an EMDR trained clinician and am thrilled to offer this modality to those I work with.
