I am passionate about helping clients find congruency, meaning, and harmony in their lives. I have experience in: helping individuals and couples transition to new life stages like marriage and parenting; strengthening emotional regulation in children and youth, and helping individuals with various interpersonal problems. I use a variety of therapeutic modalities to assist clients, but have a special interest in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). My counselling practice is anti-oppressive and is guided by the principles of respect, cultural curiosity, empowerment, and self-efficacy.
