Hi, I'm Ornella! You may be here for support with communication issues or codependency in relationships, difficulties with managing stress or anger, low self-worth, negative self-talk, anxiety, depression, feelings of loneliness, feeling stuck, or other challenges that you may be unable to name right now. My goal is to support you with finding the direction and solutions you need. I bring over 10 years of experience in mental health and psychotherapy, while providing a welcoming virtual space for you to explore your uncertainties, as you learn concrete strategies to accomplish the healing, change, and growth you hope to experience.
I work collaboratively with clients to navigate their pathway towards personal and relationship fulfillment. I support clients through various approaches including Solution-Focused Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Expressive Arts Therapy, and non-religious Spiritual Guidance.
