At Orchid, I offer individual therapy for adults and teens in a calm, private space designed to help you exhale. Many clients arrive feeling overwhelmed, emotionally stretched thin, or stuck in patterns that no longer feel sustainable—whether from anxiety, stress, relationship strain, or the quiet weight of past experiences. My approach is gentle, attuned, and deeply personalized.
For those who feel best with movement and fresh air, I also offer Walk & Talk Therapy, allowing therapy to unfold outdoors in a way that often feels more natural, spacious, and calming.
Sessions may integrate Brainspotting for deeper nervous system healing, along with supportive evidence-based work including CBT, DBT, narrative therapy, attachment-based therapy, and solution-focused therapy. Together, we create a therapy experience that feels grounding and purposeful—supporting both emotional relief and meaningful change.
Sessions are available in-person, virtually, or outdoors, with appointments Monday to Wednesday, 7:00am–3:00pm. Whether we meet in my beautiful office space or outside, my goal is to offer a therapeutic space that feels steady, supportive, and restorative—helping you return to yourself with more clarity, calm, and confidence.
