Open Mind Counselling offers a safe, non-judgmental, strength-based, collaborative space for clients to be heard and understood. We use a culturally sensitive and trauma-informed approach to address client's personal unique needs while honouring their lived experiences. Our counsellors have a wide range of skills & knowledge and provide individual, couple and family counselling to adolescents and adults that may be struggling.
We are a team of Registered Clinical Counsellors & Registered Social Workers that offer support to individuals dealing with a range of issues including, anxiety, depression, grief & loss, separation, divorce, relational difficulties, addictions, and many other life challenges.
