Our assessment and therapy services are conducted by an experienced team of clinicians who joined Fleming Vigna Balmer after gaining many years of valuable experience in the public sector; for example, working in hospitals, universities, rehabilitation centres, social service agencies, and community-based clinics. As a team, we are able to offer a rich, experience-based range of clinical services. All of our clinicians are psychologists or psychological associates registered with the College of Psychologists of Ontario. This means we are independent practitioners licenced to assess, diagnose, and treat the full range of psychological disorders ranging from problems in living to serious mental health issues. In addition, we are consulting psychologists to the pilot recruitment programmes of a number of airlines including Air Canada, Jazz Aviation LP, and Sky Regional Airlines. At Fleming Vigna Balmer services are provided in English, French, Italian, Vietnamese , and Afrikaans.

Hi I'm Judy, Director at Your Story Counselling (YSC). At YSC, we understand that life can be stressful, it's easy to become disconnected from ourselves and those we love. Our goal is to help you find what you need in order to create the pathways towards your own desired journey in life. When we open ourselves up to our vulnerabilities, we open ourselves up to our full potential. We believe that all of us have the strength within ourselves to overcome and forge ahead with our own preferred way of life, love, and happiness. We all can use some help and support from time to time.

Do you feel anxious, scattered or unfocused in what you’re doing? (personal and/or business). Do you struggle with dependencies/addictions that harm you from living a life true to who you are? I would like to support clients who come from a variety of backgrounds and who are facing difficulties in their lives and want to speak about their stressors, depression or anxiety. I want to help you reach your goals effectively through warm, empathic interaction. If you are looking for a caring and supportive therapist, I would be happy to support you. I have experience working with diverse cultural backgrounds, BIPOC and LGBTQ populations. I am friendly and non-judgemental and throughout my career I have always worked with people and love talking to others. I am friendly, easy to talk to and I listen to your matters.

My therapeutic style is well-paced, warm, and caring. I use a dynamic combination of evidence-based treatment approaches and I incorporate practical and experiential treatment activities to support positive treatment outcomes.

Mai is a registered psychotherapist that has a strong commitment to supporting individuals through their journey of challenges to promote progression and healing. Mai has extensive experience with children and adults of all abilities including individuals with Autism.
