I specialize in trauma predominately using Somatic Experiencing. Trauma includes accidents, physical assault, medical procedures, verbal abuse, ongoing conflict to name a few. Symptoms can include anxiety, depression, irregular sleep, poor digestion and an impaired immune system.
By using a variety of approaches to counsel and therapy we can explore your unique needs and challenges as well as your strengths. Remember, your experiences are valid, your pain is valid and your voice deserves to be heard. Your heart and sould deserve peace.
