Throughout my 35-plus years as a licensed social work professional, I help people understand and cope with personal challenges using therapeutic approaches that include mental health exercises. My aim is to keep clients engaged between sessions as we work toward their goals. I consider therapeutic relationships a privilege and honor to be trusted to help.
