My focus is on helping people build healthy relationships, because when our connections are authentic we thrive. What’s more, our sense of love and belonging is fundamental to reaching our potential. In my 10 years of private practice, I’ve noticed people generally struggle with effective communication, lack of healthy boundaries, assertiveness and most of us question our intuition. I have experience in individual, couple, and family counselling.
I’ve worked with clients of all ages and various economic and racial as well as cultural backgrounds, sexual orientations, genders, and abilities. I believe we’ll work well together if you’re looking to improve your communication skills, want to feel better about yourself, or just know you need to make a change but don’t know where to start.
