Hello, My name is Cynthia Manley and I am a Certified Play Therapist with the Canadian Association for Play Therapy. I help children who are stuggling with a variety of challenges incuding anxiety, grief and trauma. I take a child-centered approach to working with children, which means I follow the child's lead in my work. Parents are crucial in the healing process, and I value working together toward meeting treatment goals.

I view my role in therapy as that of a coach, who strives to help youth and their families to make meaningful changes in their lives. I value a collaborative approach, and always aim to foster a positive environment where clients feel supported in taking steps toward their goals. I specialize in working with children and adolescents, and offer treatment for anxiety, depression, coping with stress or life transitions, low self-esteem, behavioural challenges, and sleep difficulties. I also have expertise in working with youth experiencing challenges with chronic health conditions, medical and dental anxiety, medication taking, and pain.

We provide assessment, treatment and relapse prevention services. As we are a group of clinicians with various training we offer evidence based multiple therapeutic techniques.
