After working with high-performing professionals for over 15 years in the IT industry, I have a deep understanding and appreciation for the challenges that many professionals are faced with on a daily basis. With my unique background and experience in this area, I focus on helping motivated professionals and students manage stress, burnout, anxiety, and depression. Helping clients improve their ability to navigate complex life decisions and manage stress to avoid burnout are key elements of my full-time practice.

Working with families in transition is another area I have a special interest in. As a stepparent myself, I understand the unique and complex challenges associated with building a blended family and would be happy to discuss some of the research available in this area that includes what tends to work well in a stepfamily, as well as what doesn't.
