I hold a Master's degree in Social Work from University of Windsor and over 15 years experience in mental health and community services. I have experience working with diverse client’s and have a passion for helping individuals, couples and families. I am also passionate about the value of growth and development and have started to build a small practice team to increase access to therapy. We are passionate, knowledgeable, motivated, and ethical therapists from various backgrounds, disciplines and specializations.
Areas of practice include: emotion dysregulation, anxiety, borderline personality disorder, depression, communication difficulties, family, couples and relational concerns, attachment issues, low self-esteem, trauma, and life transitions, including perinatal mental health. I have a passion for those who identify with the 2slgbtq+ community.
Psychotherapy and counselling involves exploring difficulties, life situations, and emotions, in order to better understand the root of the challenges and develop effective skills/tools for coping and living a happier life.
