I have extensive experience supporting people in their careers, particularly when dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma and grief. I have worked with clients to clearly identify workplace stressors, learn and practice different strategies for coping day-to-day, develop new perspectives on workplace issues, practice new skills and assess best-fit options.
