I believe that meaningful connection with ourselves and others is central to our wellbeing. Unfortunately, painful past experiences and unhelpful patterns can sometimes get in the way. Relationship struggles can erode our self-worth and leave us feeling anxious, depressed, exploited, and alone. They can also create ripples that disrupt other important parts of our lives – our health, work, and kids. You're here because you’re wanting change. I'm here to provide a safe space for your journey to change.
I am passionate about helping individuals and couples overcome diverse personal and interpersonal challenges. I approach my work with humans as a human. My style is down-to-earth. In addition to extensive training, my work is shaped by my own life experience, including separation/divorce, blended family life, grief/loss, parenting and major life transitions.
