If you are looking for somone authentic and warm to support as you face life changes or challenges I would love to meet with you and see how we can work together to create change, build tools for coping better, or gain new ideas for moving forward. I love working with those who are highly motivated to gain new insights, possess self-awareness or are deep thinkers. It is also highly satisfying to support women who have come through adversity and are thriving in many ways but find themselves giving too much to others, feel burnt out or taken advantage of.
“When women support each other, incredible things happen.” — Cher

One of the things I appreciate about living in the city of Surrey, is our cultural diversity. I grew up Canadian was always interested in cultural differences. As an adult, I believe we have more in common than what separates us. Embracing, and working within your cultural beliefs is key to you feeling safe and getting what you hope for from the process.
When a person realizes they have been deeply heard, their eyes moisten. I think in some real sense they are weeping for joy. It is as though they were saying, "Thank God, somebody heard me. Someone knows what it's like to be me". ― Carl R. Rogers
How amazing it is to me to hear your stories and have a role in the learning and growth taking place.
