I integrate body-based practices and experiential methods like EMDR, and skill based approaches like ACT, DBT and CBT to help you process difficult emotions and create space for new patterns of connection, confidence, and clarity. I also offer the Gottman Method approach to couples therapy, to get your relationship out of a holding pattern of stuckness, and moving toward harmony together.

The gap between the life you want and the life you have, between the person you are and the one you want to be, that is disappointment. Manging to find a balance betwen the external demands of the world (employment, finances, school, parenting, relationships, housing, economy, etc) and the internal demands of ourselves (mind, body, spirit, aspirations, goals, purpose, peace, safety) is some serious work. Each life stage has its own specific rewards & challenges, but lately it seems we are all having to do MORE with LESS. That is stress. Many are overwhelmed & exhausted regardless of life stage.
