Hi, I’m so glad you’re here.
Seeking support takes courage, especially when life feels overwhelming or you're used to caring for everyone else first. Whether you're feeling anxious, stuck, burnt out, or unsure of who you are right now, just know you don't have to carry it alone. My role is to offer a calming, supportive space where you can explore your experiences, feel deeply understood, and begin to reconnect with yourself.
Many of the people I work with are high-achieving, hardworking, and caring, yet internally exhausted and hard on themselves. If that resonates, you’re already in the right place.

It’s exhausting to feel like you’re always behind, juggling too much, or stuck in patterns you can’t break. Living with ADHD, grief, or burnout can leave you feeling scattered and misunderstood. You deserve a space where you can slow down, feel seen, and untangle what’s been holding you back. In therapy, we’ll explore your experiences with curiosity and compassion while working toward clarity, confidence, and a stronger sense of self.

I get it... I know how terrifying it can be to reach out to someone you don’t know. I understand what it feels like to be stuck—trying everything, yet still feeling lost. I know what it’s like to be overwhelmed by emotions, feeling paralyzed and unsure. But we don’t have to rush. We can take our time, slow things down, sit with those feelings, breathe through them, and together we’ll figure out what you really want and where you want to go. If you're dreaming of a better future, of feeling more like yourself, of getting unstuck, all of this is possible. Let’s start there

Are you feeling stuck in relationship conflict, family stress, or life transitions like new parents, fertility, postpartum, or divorce?
This work is personal to me. I want to normalize seeking support for mental health and reducing the stigma around it. You don’t have to be in a crisis to begin therapy, everyday minor stressors are enough. Support can simply mean understanding yourself more deeply, gaining clarity, processing and addressing challenges before they grow into something heavier.

I appreciate that seeking help can be intimidating. Many people feel that they suffer alone. People do not realize how common it is to suffer from mental health-related issues. In North America, one in five adults suffer from distress, such as depression, anxiety, and interpersonal problems. Psychotherapy is extremely effective at treating a wide variety of psychological issues. I provide evidence-based, individualized, and collaborative treatment to ensure the quality of care. My approach to psychotherapy incorporates cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and emotion-focused therapy (EFT).

What are the most effective ways to address pregnancy, prenatal, and postpartum concerns?
The most effective way to address pregnancy, prenatal, and postpartum concerns is by finding a therapist who has prior experience helping other patients overcome the challenge being faced. For example, a marriage and family therapist may have experience helping couples adjust to their new relationship dynamic. An anxiety specialist may have experience helping with phobias or illness anxiety related to the child’s health. A depression specialist may have experience treating postpartum depression.
When should I seek treatment for prenatal or postpartum concerns?
Pregnancy and the postpartum period involve intense physical and mental changes; a degree of upset and instability is normal. However, if these changes impair daily functioning, it may be time to seek help. This distinction is pertinent for postpartum depression: A period of teariness, irritability, and distress is difficult but normal in the one to two weeks after childbirth (sometimes called the “baby blues.”) But if feelings of sadness and hopelessness persist beyond that period, the person should seek treatment.
How do I manage worries during pregnancy or the postnatal period?
A therapist can help patients develop the tools they need to manage anxieties during or after pregnancy. Cognitive behavioural therapy can help people identify and reframe harmful patterns of thought, and change their behaviours. Other techniques and skills can allow people to develop acceptance, psychological flexibility, self-compassion, communication skills, and more.
