Hello, and welcome to my site. Are you feeling depressed, isolated, stressed, anxious, low self esteem or suicidal? I provide therapy for everyone but especially for those struggling with issues of divorce , anxiety and conflictive family relationship. I work with individuals, couples and families. I work in both languages Spanish and English . I am a member of Ontario College of Social Workers.
I accumulated 15 years of expertise practicing for several prestigious agencies in Toronto and privately. Specializing in supporting families (adults and children) transitioning the divorce process. I have experience listening from people who come from different walk of life, abilities, culture, gender , religious and sexual preferences and social classes.
In my current practice I am respectful of people's diverse life experience by valuing their existing strengths with an empathetic and positive approach to the challenges that they are facing. I have worked with people facing multi-faceted issues in their relationships and communities including: divorce , abuse, disabilities, grief, depression, parenting and anger.
