We see strengths and we see hope, even when it feels like there is none.

You may be feeling overwhelmed, distressed, or stuck—emotionally, cognitively, or functionally. You may be struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic pain, sleep difficulties, or the psychological effects of a motor vehicle or work-related accident. Some individuals seek clarity through assessment, while others are looking for practical, evidence-based treatment to help them regain stability, confidence, and functioning in daily life, work, or relationships.

Are you a first responder, or executive who is exhausted, edgy at home, and struggling to switch off? You're good at holding it together for others, but privately, you're running on empty. I help high-functioning people finally address what's underneath, both individually and as a couple.
We play different roles in our lives, and sometimes our work life bleeds into our home life, leading into quality of life and relationship issues. I help those who carry a heavy mental load lighten and redistribute the weight, so that the roles you return to feel less like obligations, and more like choices.

I work with adults navigating Complex PTSD and the effects of ongoing or repeated trauma. Many of my clients experience relationship and attachment challenges, boundary difficulties, people-pleasing or fawn responses, and attachment injuries. Others rely heavily on thinking or intellectualizing emotions as a way of coping. I also support individuals and couples experiencing high-conflict patterns, as well as those living with chronic pain or health-related stress. My work is experiential and exercise-based, using somatic awareness and therapeutic exercises to support regulation, awareness, and mind–body integration over time

You heal most in therapy when you feel seen, safe and understood. When the relationship feels real, not just with techniques and worksheets. That’s why the relationship between you and your therapist matters so much. I’m not just here with credentials... I get what it’s like to look strong on the outside while feeling like you’re falling apart inside.

I work with high functioning women in their 30's and 40's who look like they have everything together on the outside - but internally feel overwhelmed, anxious or stuck in cycles of overthinking. Many of my clients' are professionals navigating anxiety, OCD, intrusive thoughts, burnout or shifts in mood. They're used to being capable and responsible, which can make it harder to understand why their mind won't 'shut off', or why things suddenly feel like too much. You might be wondering: Why can't I stop overthinking? Is this anxiety, or could it be OCD? Why do I feel so exhausted even though I'm functioning?"

Together, we’ll build practical tools while gently understanding what’s driving these patterns. As a mom of two young children and a corporate professional, I understand the pressure of balancing it all and want you to know that you don’t have to carry it alone.

Hi, and welcome. If you’ve been carrying the weight of everything on your own while trying to appear “fine” to everyone else, you’re not alone. You may be feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, disconnected from yourself, or stuck in patterns that no longer feel sustainable. Through my passion for neuroscience and understanding the connection between the mind, emotions, lived experiences, and the nervous system, I’ve come to deeply appreciate how these struggles often develop beneath the surface and how meaningful change becomes possible when we begin to understand ourselves with greater compassion and awareness.

What’s the most effective treatment for psychosis?
The most effective treatment for psychosis is coordinated specialty care. In this model, a team of professionals works with a patient to address all aspects of the underlying disorder. This approach incorporates individual or group therapy, employment and education support, family support and education, medication management (which often involves low doses of antipsychotics), and case management to facilitate problem-solving as needed.
When should people seek treatment for psychosis?
People should seek immediate treatment at the earliest indication of psychosis. Symptoms include delusions, hallucinations, disorganized or blocked speech, and agitated body movements. Early signs that a person may be developing a disorder that will lead to psychosis include suspiciousness of others, memory problems and distractibility, an inability to think clearly, rapid or nonsensical speech, withdrawal from friends or family, aggression toward others, and sensitivity to bright lights or noises.
What if psychosis is left untreated?
Without treatment, psychosis can have significant repercussions, including injuries, job loss, homelessness, financial or legal trouble, ruptured relationships, and suffering for the person and their family. While early treatment for psychosis often yields the best results, there is no point past which it becomes useless to seek treatment. At any point, treatment can make a difference.
How do I get someone else to seek treatment for psychosis?
It’s extremely difficult to watch a loved one suffer from hallucinations, delusions, and other elements of psychosis—sometimes exacerbated by their fears of treatment. Have a conversation with them in a quiet space and maintain a calm, supportive tone. Share your concerns about behaviors you’ve observed, suggest treatment, and explain the potential benefits. Listen carefully to their responses. The person may not be ready after one conversation, but with time, they may come around.
