Smart, thoughtful, and maybe even a little intense. On a good day, your brain is a race car. On a bad day? It’s like you’re driving on ice. Whether it’s ADHD, burnout, emotional overload, or just feeling stuck, you’re here because you want clarity, momentum, and a way forward that actually fits how your mind works.
You need a therapist who gets it—a collaborator to help you decode your patterns and build tools that work with your brain, not against it. Together, we’ll explore how you function best, and start writing the documentation for your mind.

I work with adolescents and adults struggling with depression, anger management, anxiety, complex trauma, grief, infertility, depression, alcohol abuse and interpersonal relationship problems. I also provide support to individuals going through difficult life transitions, feeling stuck in life or struggling to find a sense of meaning. I am intensely passionate about working with survivors of childhood abuse and narcissistic abuse, especially those who are now parents wishing to break the generational cycle and not pass on their wounds to their children.

Life-threatening and chronic illnesses can change you in so many ways - physically, emotionally, socially, spiritually. It can be difficult to cope with feelings of grief, anger, lack of control, frustration, anxiety and fear. It's common to feel overwhelmed while trying to make decisions, adjusting to a new normal, and managing changes in your identity, at any stage of this trajectory. But you do not need to face it alone.
