In couples therapy, I support people to develop more fulfilling relationships; where partners become each other's safe harbour in the stormy seas of life. Practically speaking, I support partners to fight better, repair quicker, heal relationship injuries, communicate more effectively, connect more deeply, navigate daily issues such as sex, mess, kids, money & time, & ultimately, to have more fun. In individual therapy, I support people to build resilience to address challenges such as self-criticism,
parenting
concerns, difficult childhood/teen experiences, low motivation, anxiety, relationship dissatisfaction, and personal growth.
