Registered Social Worker, BSW, MSW, RSW
We all experience points in our lives that can be challenging to manage. Traumatic events, loss, conflict, and crisis impact all of us. When these difficulties begin to impede our daily functioning, mood, and relationships, social workers can help by providing psychotherapy. I am committed to a collaborative, encouraging, and non-judgmental approach which supports self-awareness, healing and growth. My areas of expertise include helping teens and young adults (ages 13-25) overcome anxiety, trauma, depression, panic, agoraphobia, PTSD, OCD, eating disorders, chronic pain, and a range of mental health disorders.
