If you are feeling frustrated, overwhelmed, worried all the time, triggered, stuck, scared, constantly "in your head" and/or just plain sad, YOU DO NOT HAVE TO LIVE THIS WAY. There is a better life for you.

There will be times when we spend more time processing past events and family history, and times when it makes more sense to focus on creating the life you dream of.
Are you a smart, Type A, high-achieving woman in Ontario who powers through her day with coffee and adrenaline, responds to emails from your bed at night, who squeezes in the gym on a super packed day - while listening to a self-help podcast and placing an Instacart order at the same time? You operate at 200% until your battery suddenly dies and you can't hold a charge - no matter what you try. Your mind fixates on repetitive worries, both immediate (ie: was that email too direct?) and existential (what's the point of all this?). Living this way seems to have worked, but it's getting impossible to maintain. You're burned out.

How do you find hope? You're a fighter, and you've always had a clear sense of what matters and the life you aspire to have. You know where you want to go and how you want to feel. But right now, you're encountering obstacles that seem to stand in your way, preventing you from reaching the life you envision. Feelings of sadness, anxiety, or hopelessness might be keeping your feet firmly planted, leaving you feeling stuck.

Many of my clients carry the weight of family responsibility, cultural values, and the pressures of Western society, often feeling they must be the strong one or caretaker for others.
In therapy, I strive to create a safe and nonjudgmental space where you don’t have to hold it all together. Together, we will explore how to honour your cultural roots while also prioritizing your own needs, boundaries, and sense of self. My role is to provide a supportive space where you can grow, heal, and create the life you want for yourself.

You’re not just looking to cope—you want real change. Maybe you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself or others. You’ve tried pushing through, but something still feels off. You need more than surface-level fixes—you want a space to be real, be seen, and do the deep work of transformation. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. You are more than a diagnosis, more than a set of symptoms. Our work together will be uniquely tailored to you—your history, relationships, patterns, and the way you experience the world.

Specifically, I integrate EMDR to process past trauma, Internal Family Systems (IFS) to explore and heal parts of yourself, and self-compassion practices to build emotional resilience.
Do you find yourself caught in waves of anxiety, depression, or emotional overwhelm, leaving even basic tasks feeling exhausting and making it difficult to feel grounded in who you are? Many people I work with come to therapy feeling stuck in patterns of self-doubt, overthinking, or disconnection from the people they love most. You may be tired of repeating the same arguments, feeling unheard or unseen, or questioning whether you’re truly “enough.” Therapy can be a space to untangle these patterns, strengthen your sense of self, and create relationships that feel safe.

I believe in specialized care, not just good intentions. My practice is devoted to the treatment of anxiety, worry, OCD, eating disorders and more. I use evidence-based approaches like ERP, CBT, and ACT, and my training includes extensive post-graduate education and participation in specialized workshops, as well as supervision with senior clinicians in the field. Beyond this, I provide support for body dysmorphia, chronic pain & illness, depression, perfectionism & trauma. Much of my work focuses on patterns of rumination, doubt, compulsions, and avoidance that keep people feeling stuck.

As a culturally sensitive therapist, I recognize how identity, family dynamics, and social expectations can influence the way anxiety and relationship struggles show up.
Therapy for Women Navigating Anxiety, Trauma & Relationship Challenges- Ontario. You may be holding a lot- responsibilities, expectations, relationships- while quietly managing anxiety, emotional overwhelm, or the weight of past experiences. From the outside, things may look "together," but internally you feel exhausted, disconnected, or unsure of yourself. I work with women across life stages who are navigating anxiety, trauma, and relationship challenges. Together, we explore patterns shaped by past experiences and current stressors, helping you build emotional regulation, healthier boundaries, and a stronger sense of self.

In life we sometimes face questions that seem difficult to answer. We might stay focused on thinking through issues that do not have easily found solutions. I help you find paths of healing that are within. I want to help you find the strengths that are there; just currently hidden from view. When we allow your feelings to matter in session solutions become apparent. In my practice no feeling is ever wrong.

Welcome! I specialize in psychodynamic psychotherapy within my private practice, offering services to young adults, adults, couples, and groups. In therapy, we embark on a journey to deepen our understanding of emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. Many individuals I work with express feelings of inadequacy, guilt/shame, anger, fear of confrontation, and a tendency towards people-pleasing. These emotions can manifest, impacting various aspects of their lives such as work dynamics, relationships, and self-perception. Together, we explore these patterns and emotions, possibly rooted in the unconscious, to foster healing and growth.
