I enjoy helping my clients reach a place of awareness and personal growth. I get it - because I have been there too! My areas of therapeutic focus include helping high achieving professionals navigate the struggles of self-sabotaging behaviours, negative thoughts, limiting believes, worries, fear, feeling like an imposter, self-doubt and sadness that comes from adverse childhood experiences, dysfunctional family of origin dynamics, racial trauma and workplace oppressions that often lead to anxiety and depression.
