I have experience working with a range of issues including PTSD, family of origin, relationships, anxiety, depression, self-awareness, self-esteem, life transitions, grief, emotional regulation,
and stress management.
I work best with those who have ongoing anxiety symptoms, racing thoughts, or symptoms from past trauma. While I have a focus in working with children, teens and young adults, I offer individual, couple, and family counselling. Navigating complex life issues can be challenging, and it’s even harder when it impacts other areas of our lives such as our loved ones and family. Past and on-going trauma can have devastating impact in many different ways. I provide a safe place to process various emotional and mental struggles and work with people to find ways to cope and manage these life stressors.
