I integrate internal family systems therapy, psychodynamic therapy,
acceptance
and commitment therapy, dialectical behaviour therapy, cognitive-behavioural therapy, and emotion-focused therapy.
Many people seek therapy to get through difficult experiences, develop more satisfying and authentic relationships, work on specific challenges, and increase self-awareness. Since 2013, I have supported clients seeking help with a variety of issues including coping with the aftermath of trauma, disordered eating, body image concerns, exploring sexuality and gender identity, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, self-esteem, overwhelming emotions, and obsessive-compulsive disorder.
