Amanda is a Registered Social Worker with 15 years experience providing counselling support to adults. She has been in private practice since 2019. Her gentle, whole-person approach focuses on creating safety and building a trusting therapeutic relationship. Amanda works collaboratively with clients to help them gain new perspectives, shift towards preferred ways of being, develop effective coping strategies, and create space for new possibilities.
