I am trained in Relational Psychotherapy, which recognizes our attachment and relationship needs throughout the life cycle. When these needs are met we have an increased capacity to be expansive, creative and intimate and to make the necessary changes in our lives. As a trauma informed therapist, I draw from somatic approaches such as Hakomi and Polyvagal.
