Hello! My name is Jessica Savage and I am Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. I graduated with an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Laurentian University, as well as a Postgraduate Certificate in Addictions & Mental Health from Ryerson University and a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. I have had the pleasure of providing counselling and psychotherapy services for the past 8-years and have experience working with individuals struggling with a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress and grief.
In my private practice, I work with adults, children and youth, active and retired Canadian Armed Forces members, and various EAP providers. I use a variety of evidence-based methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based therapies, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and other appropriate modalities with every client.
I am advocate for mental health and genuinely applaud anyone who walks into our office because taking that first step is not easy. My goal is to help all clients feel secure, empowered and ultimately become the Author of Their Own Lives!
