Welcome to my virtual space, I'm glad you stopped by. I know it can be daunting to consider going to therapy. Maybe you're feeling stuck, scared, or lonely. Or, you're wanting freedom and relief from symptoms of anxiety or depression. Maybe an important relationship has broken down and you aren't sure how to trust anymore. Perhaps you're grieving the loss of a special person, or season in your life. I'm here to help. It is my mission to create a safe place for all clients. I am excited to be able to offer online counselling, which gives you the freedom to be able to have a counselling session from the comfort of your own home.
I have a great deal of empathy & hope for each client that I see. My approach is holistic in order to address all parts of your humanness during our time together. I am strongly influenced by attachment theory, and take time to understand how you fit into your family of origin. I have additional training in EMDR, Narrative Therapy, the Enneagram, and DBT.
It is my passion to help clients deepen their levels of self awareness in order to live their best life, and get unstuck from whatever is stopping them from moving forward in their own growth and healing. There is hope & freedom through the therapeutic process and I would be honoured to walk alongside you on your journey.
