I'm a certified ADHD coach with 8+ years in mental health, helping adults with ADHD build systems that work for their brain.
You know you're capable of so much more, yet every day feels like an uphill battle. Maybe you've forgotten another deadline, lost track of a conversation mid-sentence, or watched an opportunity slip away because you couldn't get started. The shame spiral is real—that voice saying you're lazy or not trying hard enough—when the truth is your brain works differently. You're exhausted from constantly playing catch-up, masking your struggles, and watching others breeze through what feels impossibly hard. You don't need someone else telling you to "just focus." You need someone who truly gets it and can help you move past the barriers.

I have over 10 years of experience supporting youth and adults in coming into their own with ADHD & breaking free from people pleasing, anxiety, and panic.
You put others first, are kind, hard working, and attuned to the world around you. But what people don’t see is the struggle within. Familiar feelings of guilt, self-doubt, indecision, and inadequacy hover just below the surface. The longer you stay the course, the more invisible you become in your own life. You’ve bottled up your feelings and needs for too long - it's time for change. You don’t have to remain a prisoner to your past, the perceived expectations of others, or to "towing the line" of social norms. I’m here to help you find your voice, sense of self, and to create fulfillment in your life & relationships.

When life's challenges become overwhelming it can drain us emotionally, cause meaningful relationships to deteriorate, and take much of the enjoyment out of our lives. I enjoy working collaboratively and creatively with clients of all ages and backgrounds. I utilize trauma-based, culturally-sensitive approaches, and I aim to provide useful insights to help you maximize your strengths and abilities, heal from your traumas, and live a happier, more fulfilled life.

Patterns such as people pleasing, anxious attachment, imposter syndrome, poor boundaries, overthinking, emotional dysregulation, and unmanaged ADHD symptoms can all contribute to compromised mental health and well-being.
Using a mix of evidence-based methods, we work together to understand how patterns have developed and what purpose they’ve served, then find more adaptive ways to respond to these needs. I integrate somatic therapy to understand how your nervous system responds to stress, assess whether it is effective, and provide strategies for greater regulation.

Are you a people-pleasing, anxious person who often feels like a therapist for their friends and family? Are you constantly overwhelmed by the expectations of others? Feeling constantly worried, exhausted, or weighed down by past trauma can prevent you from becoming the person you want to be. The most important thing is that you're here because you have the strength to recognize when you need help. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space to help you unload that weight and learn to cope. It's not easy being the person everyone depends on. Allow me to be the person you can rely on for support.

When should I seek treatment for ADHD?
You should seek treatment for ADHD if you consistently have difficulty with attention, hyperactivity, or impulsivity that interferes with your daily life. Symptoms of ADHD include the inability to sustain attention during tasks, difficulty organizing tasks and activities, being easily distracted, frequent fidgeting or squirming, and talking or interrupting excessively. If these symptoms interfere with your career, academics, or relationships—for example, consistently failing to complete professional projects on time—you should seek an evaluation for ADHD.
How does treatment for ADHD work?
Effective treatment for ADHD often consists of medication, behavioral therapy, and lifestyle changes. Stimulant medications such as Adderall and Ritalin work by altering levels of neurotransmitters in the brain; higher levels of dopamine and norepinephrine are known to improve attention and focus. Therapy works by helping people with ADHD understand the condition, discuss their areas of difficulty, and develop behavioral strategies to manage their symptoms. In some cases, modifying one’s diet and exercise can also help improve symptoms.
Are there specific medications for ADHD?
Medications to treat ADHD are generally stimulants, the most common are Adderall and Ritalin. There are two categories of stimulants: Amphetamines include Adderall, Dyanavel, Vyvanse, and Dexedrine, and methylphenidates include Ritalin, Concerta, Daytrana, Focalin, Quillichew, Quillivant, and Metadate. Non-stimulants and antidepressants may be used as an alternative if stimulants aren’t effective or viable for a particular patient.
How long does treatment for ADHD take?
It’s tough to give an exact time frame because everyone varies. In terms of medications, stimulants begin to work very soon after you take them, generally within the hour. It may take time to identify the right medication and dosage, but the medication itself is fast-acting. In terms of therapy, it takes time to develop skills and put them into practice, but you will likely see improvements within a few weeks or months.
