Do you feel lost in your own journey? You may be balancing work, parenthood, caregiving, or school while navigating anxiety, racing thoughts, and the weight of expectations. Many capable people get stuck in patterns like people-pleasing, overthinking, or perfectionism while facing unexpected life challenges such as grief, burnout, or anxiety. As an educator and mother, I understand these pressures. My path has been shaped by identity shifts, anxiety, personal loss and trauma. Together, we explore how your past experiences have shaped your sense of self, guiding you to reclaim your narrative and confidently author your own journey.

Somewhere along the way, many of us learn to shrink ourselves to stay loved, accepted, or safe. If that sounds familiar, you might be carrying childhood trauma, faith-based trauma, or the weight of navigating your identity within your culture, your family, or the LGBTQ2IA+ community. You might be neurodivergent and still figuring out what that means for how you move through the world. I work with adolescents and adults facing these experiences, including depression, C-PTSD, family dysfunction, and relationship challenges, and I bring culturally responsive care that honours where you come from.

We are a diverse team of over 90 licensed and experienced therapists! We believe that there is good in every person, and hope in every situation. We help individuals, couples, and families heal, grow, and connect. As relational therapists, we appreciate the impact that our relationships have on our well-being. We do not see clients as having something wrong with their heads that need to be fixed. Rather, we see our clients as unique individuals, each with their own stories and perspectives, embedded in important relationships and contexts that impact them. We see strengths and we see hope, even when it feels like there is none.

I chose this profession because I genuinely care about people and have a passion for helping individuals navigate life's difficulties. I offer a safe space for those who are bereaved and need to have their grief and loss witnessed, so they could begin the healing journey. I am trained in EMDR therapy, to aid clients in processing challenging emotions and memories, so that they do not have the same intensity. I also use CBT and DBT approaches, as well as mindfulness practices to helping them understand their emotions and invite them to practice coping strategies that meet their needs.

"The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change." - Carl Rogers. As individuals, we spend our lives on a continuous expedition of self-discovery and personal growth, marked by highs and lows. Throughout our journey, therapy can become a guiding compass to build resilience and strength to overcome challenges that we may face along the way. Through embracing the transformative approach of self-acceptance, we accept our ability to cultivate positive change within ourselves and our relationships.

To me, therapy is about giving each individual client the space and support they need to process and work through what is plaguing their minds, hearts, and bodies. Some problems can seem impossible to manage, but these may simply require more time and more help to break the larger issues down into smaller, more achievable pieces, and to figure out what can be done—that’s where I come in. While I’m not there to dictate what to do or how to do it, it can be helpful to have someone present who wants to listen and understand, and who has evidence-based tools to help guide your healing journey, while also walking it alongside you.

I know you’re hurting. I know you’re tired. And I know how hard it is to move through life feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself. Maybe you feel lost in your circumstances, unsure of who you are anymore, or stuck in patterns that don’t feel like you. You might be navigating anxiety, burnout, depression, trauma, relational challenges, or life transitions… and somewhere along the way, your sense of identity has started to feel unclear. It can feel confusing, heavy, and hard to put into words. Therapy can be a space where you begin to understand yourself more deeply and reconnect with who you are.

“The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.” - Carl Rogers I believe that the first step in moving towards the life you want is to accept yourself and your position as they are. This is not a request to settle, but rather, an invitation to look at the cards you hold. Only after accepting how things are can your next steps be determined. I can provide the space for you to express how difficult things are, while the healing relationship we build together will serve as the vehicle driving change. Seeking support is not easy, and you are stronger than you think by simply taking this first step.

I believe every person has an innate capacity for growth, resilience, and healing, even when life feels overwhelming or hope seems distant. Many of my clients carry self-doubt or emotional pain, or they feel disconnected. In our work together, I create a safe, compassionate space where you feel seen and understood, as we explore the patterns that shape your thoughts and emotions, uncover the needs beneath them, and build new ways of coping and connecting. I see therapy not as fixing what’s “wrong,” but as honouring the strength you've already shown and nurturing new possibilities for growth, self-discovery, well-being, and balance.
