I can help and support with a variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, sexual trauma, eating disorders and sport psychology etc. My integrative approach allows me to tailor my work towards your needs. Within the initial assessment phase, we will explore your issues and needs in great depth and then collaboratively come up with a care-plan moving forward. This will provide structure and a goal for us to work towards. Therapy doesn't always have to be when an individual is facing difficulties, it can also be used as a place to just talk, which provides the opportunity for self-reflection and personal growth.

I specialize in supporting older adults and individuals coping with the emotional impact of medical trauma, chronic illness, and life-changing diagnoses. You may have been told that your body has healed, but emotionally, things still don't feel the same. Perhaps a medical diagnosis, surgery, hospitalization, or chronic illness has left you feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected from the person you once were. Or maybe you're navigating the changes that come with aging, retirement, loss, or shifting family roles and wondering how to move forward. Whatever has brought you here, you don't have to face it alone.

Hi, I’m Natasha, and I help overwhelmed, anxious, and self-critical kids (ages 4+) and teens feel more confident, calm, and emotionally in control.
Therapy with me is about creating a space where your child can feel safe, seen, and supported. I use play therapy with younger kids to help them process emotions without needing to find the right words. For teens, we talk in ways that feel natural, real, and empowering—no pressure, no judgment. I also support parents along the way.

We are a diverse team of over 90 licensed and experienced therapists! We believe that there is good in every person, and hope in every situation. We help individuals, couples, and families heal, grow, and connect. As relational therapists, we appreciate the impact that our relationships have on our well-being. We do not see clients as having something wrong with their heads that need to be fixed. Rather, we see our clients as unique individuals, each with their own stories and perspectives, embedded in important relationships and contexts that impact them. We see strengths and we see hope, even when it feels like there is none.

FAQ - Teenage and Adolescent Therapists
What does therapy for teenagers look like?
When a therapist works with a teenager, the pair will talk about what the teen is struggling with and explore solutions, which may involve interpersonal skills, coping strategies, medication, or lifestyle changes related to sleep, diet, and exercise. Different therapists employ different modalities, but most involve a combination of conversation and skill building.

How long does therapy for teenagers generally take to work?
There’s variability in teenagers’ experiences and challenges; some may begin to improve from therapy within a few weeks while others may take several months or longer. Teens can discuss their progress with their therapist periodically to assess how they’re improving and any changes to the treatment plan that could potentially accelerate that progress.

How do you encourage a teenager to go to therapy?
It’s helpful to express your concern and love while framing therapy as an opportunity to explore a tool that could help improve their life; just like they practice baseball or dance, now they can practice their emotional skills. Give your teen control over the process where you can—maybe by weighing in on choice of therapist and signaling that therapy involves confidentiality, so a parent need not know all that is discussed in sessions.

How do you prepare teens for therapy?
You can prepare your teenager for therapy by describing what the process will look like and setting expectations for timeline, if requested. You can explain that the first session may begin with an assessment phase, that they can describe their experiences but that the therapist will ask questions too, and that it may take time to feel comfortable opening up. Ask how they’re feeling about the process and answer any questions calmly and supportively.
