We are a no wait list clinic, so we can address your needs immediately when you are ready. If you are struggling with depression, addiction, anxiety, trauma, stress related symptoms, or are feeling unfulfilled in relationships, we can help. Stress and past painful experiences can disrupt our well-being and make us feel stuck and show up as uncomfortable symptoms and behaviours. Perhaps you don't want to spend months in a traditional therapy treatment in order to feel better? I also offer EMDR intensives which are multiple sessions in a short period of time or longer sessions for faster improvement.

I am an EMDR clinician, which is an approach that can allow for rapid shifts in your healing. I don't want to band aid your symptoms, I work with the root of the problem to get permanent shifts in your system. Coping skills are great (breathing exercises anyone?), but taking care of the core of the issue allows us to not NEED those skills nearly as much.

You're not alone in this. With the right help, we can work on letting go of what is holding you back. I thrive on and embrace working with each and every one of my clients.
