As a client, you are an adult interested in virtual, evidence-based, compassionate counselling for anxiety, depression, borderline personality disorder, traumatic memories, PTSD; as well as issues related to sexuality, gender identity, motivation, sexual assault, partner violence, emotion regulation, relationships and personal and job-related stress. You want counselling beyond 'talk therapy' to address symptoms that affect your mood, bodily sensations, actions as well as thoughts. You want the option of addressing present or past problems, with the goal of bringing what you learn into the future.
