Helping clients deal with anxiety, stress management, depression, trauma and PTSD, anger management, and life direction are key areas of my practice. My goal is to help you make positive changes, improving your health and well-being by identifying obstacles and deriving optimal solutions and strategies with you for the resolution of life problems and challenges. Offering both brief and longer term counselling and psychotherapy, I work from a variety of approaches incorporating cognitive behavioural, internal family systems,
and commitment, solution-focused, emotion-focused, mindfulness meditation theories and techniques.
