I work with individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss,
and faith crises, sexuality, anger management, among others.
As a therapist I offer a warm, compassionate and open presence for my clients. I seek to provide a safe space for clients to look at their life with more curiosity and less fear, while empowering them to listen for their deepest needs and desires. I believe that each person brings their own unique story into therapy, and my role as a therapist is to help remove the barriers that prevent clients from hearing their own inner wisdom. I work from an Integrative approach, pulling from different approaches to best serve my clients. Some of these include: Psychodynamic, IFS informed, Mindfulness Self-Compassion and Somatic/body based.
