Areas of greatest experience include obsessive compulsive disorder (including purely obsessional), generalized anxiety disorder, social anxiety, health-related anxiety, depression, panic disorder, pre and
mental health challenges (including tokophobia), and agoraphobia.
In clinical practice, I utilize a biopsychosocial approach that considers a client’s past, worldview, and perception of self. This supports the accurate assessment of presenting issues, as well as individual client needs. My preferred therapeutic orientations to work with are cognitive behavioural therapy, exposure and response prevention, emotionally focused therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy.
