I am a Registered Social Worker and Sociologist. I use Narrative Therapy, a gentle talk therapy that is client-centered and strengths-based. My approach is informed by research with an understanding of the nervous system. This means, I help clients understand and work with their own nervous system as we talk. My approach is also CBT, DBT & EFT informed.

At the moment, we exclusively offer online counseling services, delivered by a skilled team of counselors with various backgrounds, capable of addressing a broad spectrum of mental health concerns. Our foremost objective is to foster our clients' holistic well-being by attending to their physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual needs through outstanding counseling services. We serve individuals, couples, and families, adapting our approach to suit each distinct client. Should a client be dissatisfied with their therapist, we commit to finding a suitable substitute.
