My work is rooted in a firm belief in each person's capacity to heal and grow. I aim to provide a space where you are supported in attending to this capacity as well as addressing what might be getting in the way. You might be struggling with self-judgment, navigating overwhelming emotions, feeling stuck in rigid patterns of thinking, or coping with a sense of disconnection. You might also be fostering intentions of being kinder to yourself, increasing self-understanding, or cultivating a greater sense of presence in your life and relationships. These are some of the goals I most enjoy helping clients to realize.

I primarily work with culturally diverse and neurodivergent clients navigating a wide range of challenges, with a focus on ADHD and Autism.
You might be here because you’re tired of being misunderstood. Maybe you’re neurodivergent or a woman of colour, and you’ve spent a long time navigating systems that weren’t built with you in mind. You may be high-functioning on the outside while feeling overwhelmed, burned out, and struggling most days, especially after years of stress, marginalization, or generational and familial trauma. Perhaps you’ve been labeled “too much,” “not enough,” or hard to read, or you’ve learned to mask so well that even you aren’t always sure what you need anymore.

Neurodivergence, including ADHD, Autism, and AuDHD are my areas of special interest.
NEW Feb 2026: You're a deep feeler, an empath, somebody who has been told they're "too sensitive" and should "just relax" your entire life. You absorb other people's emotions, but feel totally alone and confused about your own. Your brain jumps from hyperfocus to worry while you feel deeply lonely inside. You long for connection, but feel exhausted by people. Your relationship with your parents (often mom) is complex, feeling like a wound that never heals. You hide it well most of the time, and when people ask what's wrong you say "nothing", because you know they won't understand and you'll just end up feeling even worse.

Whether it's depression, anxiety, ADHD, impulsivity, or choosing unhealthy partners, I'm here to help you process your past and FINALLY move forward in the present.
Do you feel stuck in a trauma response - endlessly scrolling, zoning out, overthinking every conversation you had today? Maybe you’re a chronic people-pleaser, raised by emotionally unavailable parents, now trapped in patterns of self-abandonment and emotional dysregulation. You’re hyper-aware of everyone’s feelings but disconnected from your own. Your nervous system is activated into fight, flight, freeze... fawn. You know the psychology, but the patterns won’t budge. So you numb out with TikTok, Netflix, wine, or weed - anything to escape the overwhelm. You’re exhausted from trying to reparent yourself while still surviving.

Many of our clients come to us feeling overwhelmed and confused about what to do next. Life is feeling heavy. They are tired of simply trying to get through day to day. Some are a little hesitant about taking that first step in talking to a therapist. Others tell us they are taking care of everyone around them, and feeling completely drained. Parents are worried about their child or teen. They want to help them overcome their struggles to have more peace at home, and a happier, more resilient kid.

Neurofeedback training is a safe, non-invasive, drug free treatment that uses EEG (brainwave information) to help teach an individual how to regulate their brainwave activity. By improving the brain's ability to self-regulate, patients feel better emotionally and physically as well as report improved attention and concentration.

When should I seek treatment for ADHD?
You should seek treatment for ADHD if you consistently have difficulty with attention, hyperactivity, or impulsivity that interferes with your daily life. Symptoms of ADHD include the inability to sustain attention during tasks, difficulty organizing tasks and activities, being easily distracted, frequent fidgeting or squirming, and talking or interrupting excessively. If these symptoms interfere with your career, academics, or relationships—for example, consistently failing to complete professional projects on time—you should seek an evaluation for ADHD.

How does treatment for ADHD work?
Effective treatment for ADHD often consists of medication, behavioral therapy, and lifestyle changes. Stimulant medications such as Adderall and Ritalin work by altering levels of neurotransmitters in the brain; higher levels of dopamine and norepinephrine are known to improve attention and focus. Therapy works by helping people with ADHD understand the condition, discuss their areas of difficulty, and develop behavioral strategies to manage their symptoms. In some cases, modifying one’s diet and exercise can also help improve symptoms.

Are there specific medications for ADHD?
Medications to treat ADHD are generally stimulants, the most common are Adderall and Ritalin. There are two categories of stimulants: Amphetamines include Adderall, Dyanavel, Vyvanse, and Dexedrine, and methylphenidates include Ritalin, Concerta, Daytrana, Focalin, Quillichew, Quillivant, and Metadate. Non-stimulants and antidepressants may be used as an alternative if stimulants aren’t effective or viable for a particular patient.

How long does treatment for ADHD take?
It’s tough to give an exact time frame because everyone varies. In terms of medications, stimulants begin to work very soon after you take them, generally within the hour. It may take time to identify the right medication and dosage, but the medication itself is fast-acting. In terms of therapy, it takes time to develop skills and put them into practice, but you will likely see improvements within a few weeks or months.
