I currently work with individuals and I draw from approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT),
Acceptance
and Commitment Therapy (
ACT
), Mindfulness, exposure therapy, IFS/psychodynamic, collaborative, client-centered, biopsychosocial, and humanistic modalities that can help clients have a successful and beneficial treatment.
Life can be difficult and sometimes, the support of a professional is necessary to help guide you towards a positive path. I believe that each unique individual deserves flexibility within their treatment so that it is tailored specifically for them. I am interested in helping individuals with anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, obsessive-compulsive disorder (checking, counting, ordering, mental rituals, cleaning, perfectionism), trauma, and grief. I am motivated to help clients find their strengths to discover their resilience. I work with collaboratively with clients to showcase their ability to meet their therapeutic goals.
