In therapy, I hope to join with clients in creating an environment where openness and exploration is safe. My approach in therapy is one of respect, empathy, and nurturance, recognizing the uniqueness of every individual and circumstance. I provide both short and long term counselling drawing from a variety of therapeutic models including: cognitive-behavioural, solution-focused, emotion-focused, mindfulness-based, and narrative approaches to therapy. Regardless of modality, it is always my goal to aid the process of self-discovery leading to empowerment, clarity, and authentic life opportunities.
