My own life experiences have led me on this journey. Since I can remember I have always had a heart to see people living the life they were meant to live and witness that potential in those that choose to work with me. I have been led to work in many parts of the world from India, Cambodia, Costa Rica, Malawi and right here in Toronto and the Durham Region directly with underprivileged, homeless or at-risk youth, survivors of human trafficking, people from different developmental stages and life transitions including seniors in long-term care. Sometimes things happen in life and we do not know how to unpack everything ourselves.
Everyone has the ability to create the reality that they dream of, even when things have "gotten in the way". I will help you look at where you are, where you want to be, what is stopping you from getting there and all of the parts in between by looking at your strengths and resources and how things, events or people (even ourselves) have kept you from that.
Strong emotions have the potential to keep us stuck in a place we were not meant to be. When we are ready to look at these emotions and perhaps events surrounding them with a trusted and compassionate person, we can begin to understand what is going on at the root and have compassion for ourselves. When we are open to this process, change IS possible.
