Details: Tuesday November 16, 8:00pm-9:00pm via Zoom. In this one-hour online parent group you will gain information about symptoms of anxiety and strategies for supporting your anxious child. We will review evidence-based approaches to helping children overcome their worries and fears including how to respond when your child is panicking, looking for reassurance, or being kept awake by their worries.
