We help people untangle anxiety, stress, and relationship struggles, so they can start feeling like themselves again.
Accepting NEW Clients! – Is it JUST US, or does it feel like the WORLD is coming apart at the seams?! Every day brings another wave of political chaos, war, & environmental crises—& it’s exhausting. If doomscrolling has left you feeling anxious, helpless, or just plain fried, you’re not alone. When the world feels unpredictable, even unsafe, it’s natural to feel on edge. SO many of us are experiencing a growing form of anxiety called geopolitical anxiety. But you don’t have to disconnect completely or pretend everything’s fine to feel better. You just need a way to breathe, refocus, and regain stability—and that’s where we come in.

Relationship Issues Counsellors
While the need for human connection appears to be innate, the ability to form healthy, loving relationships is learned. Some evidence suggests that the ability to form a stable relationship starts to form in infancy, in a child's earliest experiences with a caregiver who reliably meets the infant's needs for food, care, warmth, protection, stimulation, and social contact. Such relationships are not destiny, but they are theorized to establish deeply ingrained patterns of relating to others. The end of a relationship, however, is often a source of great psychological anguish.
