Therapy is a process of growth and self-discovery, and in my sessions, I promote psychological well-being by encouraging a positive outlook and the adoption of new attitudes and reactions. We will also discuss your present problems, future goals, and past experiences that might still affect you.
If you are here, rest assured you are not alone. It all starts here. I believe that Mental Health issues do not discriminate. There will be a time in everyone's life when they will experience a mental health issue, and help should be available to all. Broken-hearted people, abused, mourning, single parents and families with limited means, who work 12 hours a day to feed their families or pay their bills should be able to access it. Self-care and assistance should be available to everyone, not just the rich and famous. Every soul deserves self-care and love, and assistance should not be considered a privilege.

At the best of times, there are challenges – and the pandemic has amplified many of those and created new ones. You may be anxious about what feels safe; fearful about finances, more lockdowns, and variants; or angry about decisions that individuals, institutions, and governments are making. Children, teens and adults in their 20s and 30s feel particularly robbed of opportunities, milestones, and social connections. Mixed in with this is the normal range of issues that occurred pre-pandemic: conflicts, frustrations, lack of self-confidence, loss, grief, parenting struggles, separation & divorce, loneliness, and school issues.
