When we are feeling stuck, alone, or trapped with certain thoughts or ways of being, therapy can open up new possibilities. It can’t erase pain or grief, but it can help us move forward in meaningful directions, and it can help transform our relationship to our pain. During your time with me, you set the agenda, based on your preferences, needs, and hopes. You may come with an idea of what you want to work on, or we can discover it together. My goal is to create a compassionate and confidential space for you, your stories, and your process, where you’ll feel seen and heard, without judgement.
