Hi! I support adults looking to improve their quality of life or understand themselves better. I work with issues such as anxiety, trauma (including medical trauma), sexuality (including sexual difficulties/anxieties, ED, decline in desire), and coping with and adapting to acquired disabilities, chronic illness and chronic pain. There is no one-size-fits-all approach. In general, I am trauma-informed and work from a client-centred, anti-oppressive and strengths-based perspective. If you are looking to increasing your understanding of specific issues or make change, I can guide and support you in the process.
I value collaboration and have trained in multiple kinds of therapy that I integrate according to your preferences, needs, life experiences and goals. Some types of therapy I use are CBT, EMDR, psychodynamic, narrative, solutions-focused, interpersonal and mindfulness. My practice is SW, 2SLGBTQ+ and neurodivergent affirming and knowledgeable.
